We are firmly committed to providing scientific support for analytical method troubleshooting and optimization. We also provide scientific support for functional related characteristic (FRC) of the excipient identification related to dosage forms and technologies. We guarantee scientific support during product registration procedures – national, MRP and DCP. What is more, we provide technical support for continuous manufacturing and PAT development and implementation, as well as, for process and analytical investigations related to OOSs and process parameters equipment failures.

We love to work on technology strategy and innovation. We carry out process optimization related to almost all type SOD technologies as direct mixing, wet and dry granulation, palletization by layering, multiarticulate pellet unit system manufacturing, mini, micro and mono, three be-layer tableting, encapsulation, cosmetic (IR) and functional (API and MR) coating. We also conduct formulation improvements and process troubleshooting. Last, but not least, we manage introduction of novel excipients and innovative packaging materials.

We provide process and analytical guidance for new methods being developed to ensure robustness throughout the lifecycle. Furthermore, we provide basic and advanced trainings for processes and analytical technologies.
